Complete design through installation
The Design Concept Package includes the two initial concepts described above. Additional revisions, alternate concepts, sourcing, selections, meetings, or continued design development beyond this scope are billed at our hourly design rate. Additional work will be discussed before moving forward so the scope stays clear.
If you'd like to continue after the concept phase, ongoing design services for your project will be billed at our hourly design rate. Procurement services, when needed, are billed separately.
